The Sexual Assault and Blood stain DNA collection kits can be customised for individual law enforcement requirements. The kits are designed for easy of use by trained personnel with all the requirements of taking samples from both wet or dry stains which are then transported back to the forensic laboratory to testing.
· Sexual Assault Investigation (Sexass) Kit Envelope with a unique number on the top right front of envelope (to match number on blood alcohol sample kit label)
· Stamp ‘Seal and Initial gummed flap before despatch’ across flap and body of envelope
· Place the following items into a brown lined paper bag and then into the Kit Envelope and seal

· 1 double slide holder unlabelled with inner upper flap stamped Smear in area of label containing two microscope slides. |
· 1 single slide holder stamped Labial Smear with inner upper flap stamped Smear in area of label containing one microscope slide. |
· 1 single slide holder unlabelled, with inner upper flap stamped Smear in area of label containing one microscope slide. |
· 2x 2ml pink-top vial (EDTA) for blood |
· 1 Blood alcohol sample kit (containing 2 x 2ml Blood Alcohol Grey top vial for blood, label stamped with the unique Kit Envelope number four times) |
· 1 red cap swab labelled Saliva/Cheek swab |
· 14 red cap swabs unlabelled with 14 labels for use on swabs |
· 2 green cap microswabs labelled Fingernail Swabs-Right Hand |
· 2 green cap microswabs labelled Fingernail Swabs-Left Hand |
· 1 yellow top specimen container (urine sample) |
