The collection method is every simple to train either law enforcement officers or medical personnel to take sufficient amount of samples by rubbing the Sterile swab along the inside of the mouth or cheek.  All the items can then be placed into the indicial tamper proof security sealed bag and sent to the Forensic Laboratory.
